一、祝贺信

2.We all send our hearty greetings on your happy birthday。在你生日之际，送上我们所有人最衷心的祝福。

3.Warmest congratulations upon。衷心祝贺你… …。

4.Wish you the best luck and every happiness!祝你好运，幸福美满。

5.We wish you success in your new post and look forward to closer cooperation。我们祝愿你在新的岗位取得成功，并期待我们进一步合作。

6.When I was told of this news，I felt so proud of you。当我得知这个消息，我为你感到骄傲。

二、道歉信

1.I’m awfully sorry for the trouble。给你带来了麻烦，十分抱歉。

2.I must apologize to you for… …。我必须为… …向你道歉。

3.I am afraid what I have done has caused many inconveniences to you。恐怕我的所作所为给你带来了许多麻烦。

4.I regret to inform you that I am unable to do… …。我很遗憾地告诉您，我不能… …。

5.I hope that this does not cause you too much inconvenience。希望这不会给您带来太多不便。

三、慰问信

1.We hope the little thing will give you a surprise and interest you very much。我们希望这份小心意给你带来惊喜，让你高兴。

2.We are very sorry to learn of… …。我们非常遗憾地得知… …。

六、建议信

七、申请信
